Tints and shades of every hue
Colourful rivulets flow under the feet
In one big puddle, they all go meet
Water and mud mix for fun
Under these layers, all become one
A crazy drink not meant for the weak
Turns the sane into a freak
Piping hot aamti and sweet poli
Why o why, can’t everyday be Holi!
